Scope of Work: Construction of reinforced concrete slabs and reinforced concrete walls, erection of modular offices, new drainage system, and substantial heavy vehicle turning and parking areas.

The project involved the demolition of an existing building and site clearance, followed by the construction of new reinforced concrete ground bearing slabs and perimeter waste and recycling storage reinforced concrete bay walls, with a new drainage system which included significant attenuation and interception of storm water together with foul.

Hot water high-pressure cleaning has been provided for the regular washing of the municipal recycling lorries.

Two storey modular office buildings were erected to create management offices, changing room and welfare facilities.

The new street cleansing depot received the installation of sensitive external lighting with CCTV cameras.
