Scope of Work: This project is designed to provide a new permanent home for Southmead police station which will serve the local community, and support Southmead Hospital generally, thus maintaining a safe environment for all staff, patients and visitors.

The works consisted of alterations and refurbishment of an existing two-storey Victorian building to provide an enquiry office space on the ground floor and offices, changing rooms  and staff room/kitchenette on the first floor.
