Scope of Work: Construction of a contemporary design single storey extension linking to existing school, complete with landscaping.
This is a traditionally built cavity block structure clad in larch lap timber boards, under Sarnafil mono-pitch flat roofs.
The new extension incorporates 2 new classrooms, W.C. facilities, reception, and Head Teacher’s office.
Oakland personnel were all assessed and certified under Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) because of close proximity to children in playground and classrooms.
Budget and timing were all key factors, and both were met successfully.
