Scope of Work: NBT NHS Trust transferred their existing paediatric outpatient’s department from Monks Park House to this new larger and newly modernised facility at Westgate House.

The works consisted of alterations and refurbishment to the ground floor Victorian building to provide a waiting/reception area, treatment rooms, and including significant up-grades for electrical and mechanical services.

The stripping out and demolitions were made easier by the building remaining unoccupied, offering excellent car parking and site compound facilities.
