The on-time completion of the projects was critical in unlocking the wider capital works programme. To achieve the programme close collaboration and intensive discussions were required with the Conservation Officer and our appointed heritage consultants.
Due to the close collaborative efforts and hard work from all members of the project team the building was handed over on programme and on budget to a delighted client.
“The project was delivered in time for staff to move in, on a tight budget to huge success and praise by staff and visitors and is now the proud base for the society. We look forward to an opportunity to work with Oakland again in the near future.”
