Scope of Work: Replacing 84 number tiled roofs complete with roof insulation, soffits, fascia’s and rainwater goods.

It was important to have a programme of phased works in batches of around 8 properties so that the residents of Guinness Hermitage would encounter minimal inconvenience.

Regular meetings were held with the residents, as stakeholders, and the management team, so that liaison and information could be maximised.

Careful and sensitive site management was of paramount importance in order to protect the client and leave the residents comforted.
